At RGAL, all items we produce endure a stringent testing procedure. We work with our vendors to ensure our quality standards are met and use third party inspections to maintain these requirements. All vendors must meet compliance standards not only set out by our retailers but also by laws which may vary by shipping destination (CPSC, CPSIA, PROP. 65, FAMA, etc.).
Beyond this, RGAL is dedicated to effectively integrating sustainability into our merchandise and as such we make suppliers aware of substances that are harmful either to the environment or humans.
We supply our vendors with a complete list and require that they take responsible caution to ensure little to none of these substances are present (ranging from azo dyes to pesticides – complete list available upon request).
We take pride in loyalty with our vendors and with such long-standing relationships our staff has personally visited each of the factories we work with.
We maintain open communication with our vendors to ensure we are partners with them and actively ensuring the business we provide them is both beneficial and sustainable for them.
